Continuous reforming is a petroleum secondary processing technology. The processed raw materials are mainly low-octane straight-run naphtha, hydrogenated naphtha, etc., using platinum Pt-Rhenium Re bimetallic catalyst at about 500℃ At high temperature, it can cause molecular rearrangement and isomerization, increase the production of aromatics, and improve the technology of gasoline octane number. In the continuous reforming unit, since the catalyst can be frequently regenerated, relatively harsh reaction conditions can be used, that is, low reaction pressure (0.8-0.35MPa, low hydrogen-to-oil ratio (molar ratio, 4-1.5)) and high reaction temperature ( 500-530°C), the result is more conducive to the aromatization reaction of alkanes, the octane number of the reformed oil can be up to 100 or more, and the liquid yield and hydrogen yield are high.
